2. Services Provided
Vibeat provides a platform for buying, selling, and managing tickets for events. We facilitate transactions between event organizers ("Organizers") and ticket buyers ("Buyers") but are not a party to the transactions between these parties.
3. User Accounts
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. - Account Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. - Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these terms.
4. Ticket Purchases and Refunds
- Purchases: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Organizer or required by law. - Refunds: Refunds, if offered, will be processed according to the Organizer's policies. Vibeat is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly agreed upon. - Cancellation or Rescheduling: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, the Organizer is responsible for notifying Buyers and providing any applicable refunds.
5. Fees and Payments
- Service Fees: Vibeat may charge a service fee for each ticket transaction. The fee amount will be disclosed before purchase. - Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. By using our services, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions. - Distribution of Fees: Event Organizers may choose how the administration fees are distributed between the ticket customer and themselves.
6. User Conduct
By using Vibeat, you agree not to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations. - Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices. - Resell or transfer tickets without the Organizer's consent. - Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others. - Post or distribute any content that is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
7. Event Organizers' Responsibilities
Organizers are solely responsible for: - Managing and organizing events. - Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of event details. - Complying with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and privacy laws. - Providing refunds or alternatives in case of event cancellation or rescheduling.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Vibeat, including trademarks, logos, text, and images, are the property of Vibeat or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Vibeat is not liable for: - Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. - The actions or omissions of event Organizers, including the quality, safety, or legality of events. - Any loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibeat, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our platform. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Morocco.

Refund Policy for Vibeat
At Vibeat, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable ticketing experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions applicable to ticket purchases.
1. No Right of Withdrawal
All ticket purchases for events on Vibeat are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or resold, except in the cases outlined below.
2. Lost or Stolen Tickets
Tickets will not be refunded, replaced, or exchanged in the event of loss or theft.
3. Event Cancellation or Changes
- In the event of cancellation or a change in the date, time, or venue of an event for which you have purchased tickets, Vibeat will make every effort to inform you using the contact details provided at the time of booking. However, Vibeat is not responsible for any failure to notify you of such changes. - Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled, your Vibeat account will automatically be credited with the ticket amount, including transaction fees. You may use this credit to purchase tickets for another event. - If you prefer a refund to your bank account, only the ticket price will be refunded; transaction fees will not be reimbursed. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser. Processing times for bank refunds are between 4 to 8 weeks from the date the refund request is received. Refund requests must be made in response to the cancellation/rescheduling email. - No bank refunds will be accepted beyond 30 days following the date the event was canceled.
4. Event Postponement
- If an event is postponed, you will receive an email notification with the new date. You will have 7 business days to request a refund, either to your Vibeat wallet or your bank account. - If the event is postponed to a later date that is not immediately defined, you will have 7 business days to request a refund, either to your Vibeat wallet or your bank account. - After the 7 business days, the ticket will remain valid until the new event date is announced.
5. Duplicate Tickets
No duplicate tickets will be issued under any circumstances, including cases of loss or theft.
6. Identity Verification
Upon entry to the event, you may be required to present a valid photo ID that matches the name on the ticket. Failure to present a valid ID may result in denied entry without a refund.
7. Force Majeure
In situations of force majeure, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen and unavoidable events, no refunds will be provided.
8. Responsibility to Verify Event Status
We encourage all customers to verify the status of their event 24 hours before the scheduled time to ensure there have been no changes or cancellations.

Resale Policy for Vibeat
Vibeat allows users to resell their tickets through our platform. However, this feature comes with specific terms and conditions to ensure a fair and secure experience for all users. By using the ticket resale feature on Vibeat, you agree to the following terms:
1. Authorized Resale Only
Tickets may only be resold through the Vibeat platform. Any attempt to resell tickets outside of Vibeat is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the tickets and suspension of your account.
2. Original Ticket Validity
Only valid tickets purchased through Vibeat may be resold. Vibeat reserves the right to cancel any tickets found to be resold in violation of this policy.
3. Pricing and Fees
Tickets may be resold at a price determined by the original buyer, but Vibeat reserves the right to cap resale prices to prevent excessive markups. Additional service fees may apply to both the seller and the buyer during the resale process.
4. Refunds for Resold Tickets
Once a ticket has been resold, it cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances, including event cancellation, unless explicitly authorized by Vibeat.
5. Responsibility of the Seller
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided about the ticket, including the event details, date, time, and seating, is accurate. Vibeat is not liable for any errors or omissions made by the seller.
6. Verification of Resale Tickets
Vibeat may conduct verification checks on resold tickets to ensure their authenticity and validity. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets that do not meet our verification criteria.
7. No Guarantee of Resale
Vibeat does not guarantee that a ticket will be resold or that it will be sold at a particular price. The resale process is subject to market demand and availability.
8. Release of Liability
By reselling a ticket through Vibeat, you agree to release Vibeat from any liability arising from disputes between the original buyer and the new buyer, including but not limited to issues related to pricing, authenticity, or event changes.
9. Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent activity, such as selling counterfeit tickets or engaging in deceptive practices, will result in the immediate cancellation of tickets, forfeiture of any resale proceeds, and potential legal action. Vibeat reserves the right to report any suspected fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
10. Amendments to Resale Policy
Vibeat reserves the right to amend the resale policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Vibeat platform. Continued use of the resale feature after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
